Pathetic service

I took my Ford 1.4 Fiesta to Randburg Ford and spent a total of approximately R14000-00 for a service and repairs on the vehicle. One of the requested work was to fix the front lights of the vehicle, specifically as the brights wouldn't work. When I fetched the vehicle I was informed that they were unable to fix the brights on the vehicle, as their technician was unable to fix it and that it was beyond repair.
I took the same vehicle to a local mechanic today and he was able to repair the brights, as it was only the relay switch which was faulty!
I own two Ford Fiestas and will never take them again to any Ford dealership for repairs or services. It's been my experience that vehicle dealerships in general, are over pricing and exploiting customers, especially clients that are not clued up in the repairs and services of vehicles.
My advice to car owners is to identify a local trustworthy mechanic and cut out these dealership for good.
