Passing the buck

I had my Kwikot 600L installed in 2009, in 2011 the geyser was overflowing, Kwikot exchanged the faulty unit which was still under guarantee, on 14/10/2013 I contacted Raymond who sent out his guys, they could not find were the leak was coming from todate they can not find were the geysers is leaking I followed up on a call with Raymond this morning only to be told that the installation was non compliant, Mr Wietz your company replaced this geyser in 2011 and nothing was mentioned about the non compliance installation then, I am the Regional Kzn Manager for a lighting company who absolutely beleave that customer service/back up and warranties are paramount in my company, i would like to afford your company the opportunity to replace my burst geyser. I would apprectiate a more senior person (qualified person) to sort my complaint as I believe that the two previous technician do not have the proper qualifications for detecting what the problem is with the geyser, Musa even mentioned to my dad he does not know what more he can do and left, I am a very influencal person in that my circle of friends are National Catorgary Managers from Build It, E mart Builders Warehouse and I can go
