GEYSER NOT WORKING ONE DAY AFTER INSTALLATION

I contacted my insurance company after my plumber told me that the geyser had burst and needed replacing. They called out Kwikot and the next morning, Friday 9th August the geyser was replaced, which I thought was incredibly good service, given that it was a public holiday. The next morning the geyser started tripping our electricity and I contacted Kwikot immediately. The response thereafter was appalling and they just did not respond or send out anyone, in spite of promising to send someone out. I explained to them that I had a sink full of dirty dishes and needed it sorted as I had guests and I could not wait to have the service restored. They also told me that I would have to pay an after hours fee for the repair, even though the geyser is still under warranty. They finally arrived and told me that the wires to the geyser are burnt and they cannot be repaired by them. This was not the case when the geyser was installed, so obviously it has been connected incorrectly. They have now told me that I have to contact an electrician to sort it out, but I have to wonder at whose expense???!
