Do not buy kwikot products

We have a kwikot geyser which is leaking alot, Ref no: 214747. We have reported the fault and kwikot keeps on sending their sub-contractors out to us which nothing is being done about this problem. In 2012 we called 3 times and the sub-contractors come out just clean the pressure valve and that's it. On the 31 December they geyser was leaking much more we then called kwikot many times, The sub-contractors always come out at the wrong time. Ref no for 11 January 2013 146239. The subcontractor came out and it was raining extremely hard, According to him its normal for a geyser to leak which is impossible, we are loosing around 40-60 Litres a day of water which is crazy, Who is going to pay our water account? Our geyser stays off at night and the water still leaks, we had to go out of the house at 5h30 in the morning to take a video as proof to show how the water is leaking as your sub contractor that came out says he does not have proof, surely if he comes out to us in the heavy rain how will he see that the geyser is leaking? Kwikot needs to pay for our electricity as nothing is being done about this problem.
Please treat this matter as urgent as this cannot go on.
