My geyser burst on saterday and i call outsurance to send a plumber the assistant say he did log a call the plumber will came and replace the geyser on sunday between 9am and 11am the plumber didnt came call outsurance again on sunday the assistant told me the plumber will came on monday morning monday morning came and go the afternoon i did call outsurance again the plumber came out around 18:00 monday told me the geyser is under warranty and kwikot must came and replace the geyser kwikot came get into the routh and came out and told me the geyser is 150L and he got a 200L geyser and cant install it when i first contact outsurance i did gave the call centre assistant the the details on the geyser and outsurance send they own plumber out to take pic of the geyser and the plumber told me the geyser is under warranty and kwikot must come and replace the geyser kwikot came out and told me there is a problem the geyser he have is a 200L and mine is a 150L after me and the plumber of outsurance told the call centre it is a 150L geyser it is bad service i do have a baby the water is of know for 3 days! OUTSURANCE TV AD SAY DONT WORRY THE PLUMBER WILL BE THERE IN 15MIN IT IS NOT TRUE!!!
