On the 23/01/2014 my Vehicle went in for a 90 000km service. On collection I was informed that they did not have a Cam Belt in stock and that the vehicle had to be re-booked to complete the service. At the time the workshop manager informed me that he will personally take care of the issue on Monday, 27th January. To date I have made numerous calls to the service department only to be informed that they will get back to me regarding the matter. To date one week later I still have not had feedback so the next best decision will most probably be to take it to another dealership for completion of the 90 000km service?

Hope that they do not treat all their customer alike?
