NO MONEY BACK

As we as a company store and use recycled oil, we wanted to become members of NORA SA!!! we filled in our applicaition form and on the form it state's that proof of payment must accompany the application. so we did what they required of us. we were told that we should know in 6 to 8 weeks. this was a year ago!!! i have in the mean time phone the rose foundation inquiring into this matter and was told I couldt become a member (no reason or explanation provided) i told them in that case I would like to have my money back. i was asked why I paid the money in the first place??? and that the amount is so small (R500.00) that its not worth their while to pay it back??? what the F@$$. this is . they ignore me further. I want that money back, no matter how small!!!
