On the 21st May I sent a request in for a quote to add my mom to my medical aid. I specified in the email and on the form I only wanted a quote. I got a form from them with the new subscription amount and on the form states if I accept I need to sign and send it back. I didnt as I thought it was too much. This morning 2/7/13 my account is debited with the amount including my mom. I call them and was told they take it off in case I do accept it then Im not behind with payments!! What is that??!! Then I get told I need to wait till 10/7/13 to get my money back. I cant wait that long as I need my money. Medihelp will not accept me telling them to wait for their money, why should I wait for mine that they took unlawfully.
