Struggling to get a refund

I ordered a bed from Rochester on the 17th of January and paid for a third of it on that day. I asked that the bed be delivered to my place on the 1st of February. on the 26 of February I completed the payment and the bed plus delivery was fully paid for at R 5495.00. I did not contact them nor was I contacted for a while so I thought that everything was on track. I called on Thursday the 30th to make sure that everything was on track and they told me they would call me back. I did not receive the call and I called back again on Friday same thing. Luckily this time I was called back and told that the beds can only be delivered in 4 -5 weeks.
Now my problem with this is that had I not called I was never going to be told and why did they not call me weeks before because there was ample time in between to let me know. I tell them that I can not wait that long as I had moved into a new place and asked for a refund (full amount). I filled in the refund form on sunday the 2nd and I was told that the money would be refunded/processed on Tuesday. no refund, no answers and my claim has not even been processed yet. I have ordered another bed and I need my money to pay the other store.
