I don't even have an account yet and are already experiencing bad service. I wanted to open an account for my little one on Saturday. Went in store as I was provisionally approved. For some reason the store manager filled in the form herself and just made me sign. She said it would take about an hour then I can come pick up my card. So my husband and myself stick around the centre for about 2 hours so I don't need to go back later. As I heard nothing I thought, O.K it is after all Saturday, perhaps I'll hear something on Monday. Monday came and nothing, so I phoned H/O to find out, it so happened that they never received the application, so I phoned the store to send it again, once again the lady told me 1 hr, it's now Tuesday and still nothing, when I phoned H/O again the guy on the phone said that there is no tel nr filled in on the form and I need to go in to add it. Now I mean seriously, the store manager filled in the form. I'm not going back in store and then again to pick up my card. For all I care you can shove your account and I'll take my business to a much more professional company.
