Bad Service - poor feedback or no response

Our vehicle has been in for very minor repairs since the beginning of October 2013. The apparent delay is parts by the manufacturor, but this is a common problem when it comes to Renewit Randburg it would seem from the website. Yes it is imported parts but Renewit is an approved auto-body repairer for this make of vehicle and surely should manage it's suppliers better. Every promise of feedback or update from their offices has been broken and each time we call, all we get is a new fabricated excuse or lie, not a single word spoken by their representative has been accurate or been kept. Do not even think about taking your vehicle there. None of our complaints have been taken seriously and they will in all probability ignore this one as well. Absolutely shocking service and a huge frustration delaing with Renewit Randburg.
