Refuse to refund double billing

I went to see a movie with a few friends on the 14th of July 2013. We bought our tickets and went to the counter for some snacks and popcorn. I swiped my card and received a sms confirming that the money was taken from my account, but they told me that it was reversed and didn't go through. I told them i did not get a message stating that it was reversed - I then was told it would probably come through the next day. They forced me to pay again before leaving the premises. A week later I pulled some bank statements showing that the money was deducted twice and never reversed. I called the cinema and spoke with the manager Rose - she's the one who made me double pay that night. I told her who I was and she said that she remembers me. I explained everything to her and she said she will call me back. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING from Rose or Ster-Kinekor. I'm the customer and I feel that I'm not responsible to solve this matter. It cost me extra money for my fuel expenses and for bank statements just to see that Ster-Kinekor my money. I've been waiting more than three weeks now for some feedback - I hope they wake up!!!
