I applied for a loan from Lead Finance International. I was told my loan application was successful and given a quotation and replayment terms. I filled the form and set it back. I was then told to pay R1460 as an insurance because the loan is an unsecured loan. They said the loan will be paid out within an hour of receiving proof of payment. I piad the money and sent the proof of payment. a few days later I was told the money is ready to be paid out but I must pay R2110 payout fee in order for the payment to be done. I questioned them about this but I was told they use HSBC and they will not pay until the R2110 has been paid. i asked for their land line and physical address but I was ignored. The cellphone number listed is always on voicemail. When I asked for my money back because all these charges were not mentioned and I did not agree to them, I was told that if I do not pay the payout fee, they will absolve themselves of my application and that the insurance fee is non-refundable. This is a big and they should be exposed. They have 3 different address around Pretoria. In Waterkloof, Brooklyn and Hatfield. Even in PE.
