BMW After Sales service: RIDICULOUS

It is so nice to buy a new vehicle which paint is pealing off, also getting your car back from service full of scratches. It looks like someone draw pictures on my bonnet with a driver.
And then when you contact the dealership they say its not their fault, putting the blame on someone else.
This will be my last BMW, Im tired of only paying paying paying and this is my second car I have difficulties with.
