I have had the worst experience ever exactly one week ago i bought a dinning room set from best electric mid rand. On delivery of the goods there was no plastic or packaging around the good it was just placed open on the back of a bakkie tied up with rope. The chairs were so badly damaged full of chip marks and scratches on delivery the driver then promised me to come the next day and exchange the goods or bring touch up paint which already anoid me because how can i be paying for something which is suppose to be brand new and been told to use touch up paint. But the next day the driver never came it is then that i started to contact the manager and sales person at the branch notifying them of the damaged goods which they promised they will replace it is now a week and still nothing has been done about replacing the goods every day i have to phone them 2 to 3 times to find out what is happening they promise to call me back but they never do. I have now had enough because now i am sitting with goods which are suppose to be new we in actual fact looks more like second hand goods in this case i could have then rather gone and bought a second hand set at cash converters.worse service
