My mom's Megane had gone in for repairs totalling R8000.00 and a 3-week period. On collecting the vehicle, there was a HUGE (approx the size of a soccer ball) black paintmark on the bonnet of the BURGUNDY car. When asked what had happened, the response was whether the car had arrived like that (which it had NOT) and then the service manager along with some other supervisors disappeared from sight. The service advisor then informed that they would take the car to their panelbeaters of choice. The vehicle was driven there and they promptly removed the paint, BUT the car now has scratches / swirl marks where they buffed and removed the black paint that THEY had put there. I e-mailed the advisor as well as the manager to state that we are unhappy with the paint removal / scratches and asked how they proposed to resolve this issue. that was 6 days ago and NO RESPONSE!!!
They are all too eager to take your hard-earned cash, but when they have to sort out a problem CAUSED BY THEM then the client does not matter at all. PUTRID service, PUTRID feedback, PUTRID Dealership.
