Complaint on bad workmanship

My vehicle was repaired by a pannelbeater in Potchefstroom in 2010.I had a problem with the painwork that was pealing on wich I took the vehicle back. My son used the vehicle in Potchefstroom an I dont see the vehicle that often and I discovered that the paintwork on the bonnet is rusting from underneath the paint. I took the vehicle to Auto Pannlbeaters (who is on a & g pannel in Ermelo) thei informed me that it could be a secondhand bonnet. I contacted AUTO & GENERAL on the 21 November. Ever since I need to Phone bac at leased 2 times a day on which the opperator requests my pollicy number and I have to Explain my problem all over. Nobody comes back with any answers
