Great attitude which exceeded expectations

Recently, I have had issues with the paint on my bonnet slowing pealing off. I had my vehicle repaired at Farber about 2 years ago, and was aware that the paint work carries a lifetime guarantee.

I took the vehicle in, and the manageress Kim was extremely helpful and courteous. I expected a fight to have the vehicle repaired under the warranty. Instead, the process was completely painless. Even more, some paint issues which werent even Farber's fault (created by a competitor) were resolved.

Kim was in contact throughout the process. She is an asset to the company.

Very impressed. Expectation significantly exceeded.
