After damage incurred during a service of my Nissan Navarra @ De Aar Motors, it was agreed that I must take my vehicle to Smith Broers, De Aar. An appointment was made with Louis Smith for Tuesday, 02 July 2013, upon arrival was Mr Smith unavailable. A new date was set for Wed & Thurs (03&04/07/2013). I took my vehicle on Wed morning @ 07h30. Keys were handed in @ reception desk. On Friday, 05/07/2013 still no feedback from shop. Mon morning, 08/07/2013 I walked to shop, Mr Smith ask me what I wanted, I asked what is hold up with my vehicle, Mr Smith says I will get it by 14h00. 13h00 Receptionist phones me, vehicle is finished, I replied it has to go to De Aar motors for approval. 14h00 I went to inspect my vehicle, bonnet guard was missing and newly sprayed bonnet had scratches. Deep scratches were also on my nudge bar. Mr Smith were phoned and he asked me to come to him. There, they claimed my vehicle had no bonnet guard and he didn't see the need to fix the scratches on bonnet & nudge bar. Bad language was utter towards me also. No apology from him or De Aar Motors and no effort to find my bonnet guard. I had to buy a new bonnet guard (R650, 00). Scratches still not fixed. Thanx
