FACTORY FAULT ON 3 SERIES BMW

I AM STRUGGLING FOR 3 YEARS TO SORT THE FAULTY PAINT ON MY BMW: Paint pealing of the body test was done and was BMW fault complaint was put to BMW Head office who pass the Buck back to Club Motors want to replace the vehicle at floor price not except able. So they just want to make another sale they did not meet my complaint and refer me to the Ombudsman complaint was launch but the even the Ombudsman do not respond. After 3 years I still sit with the vechile and paint still pealing off. Clutch was also faulty and was fix by Leo Hause dealer at club motors they have blame me that cannot drive. BMW head office never follow customer complaint up and just wish it away.

I hope I will get a proper response from BMW south Africa with a positive result
