Purchased used car Fiat emotion, took ownership in May 2013 less than a week later handed back to dealer because of oil leak, seemingly fixed but on the 30th November 2013 the car broke down. R45000 to repair pistons cylinder etc and Renault Pinetown will do nothing. Sold me a warranty that will only cover R4000. Hardly any response from them despite my emails. So I am forced to pay for a vehicle I a) do not have and b) am paying insurance on. The saleman who sold it to me has been released from their employ a month ago and yet I am being left with this problem that he clearly knew about. It would seem to me that it was covered up and now I am left holding the baby so to speak... What justice for the consumer??
