I purchased a Groupon voucher for a vehicle service at these for my parents' car. the car simply went in for a service, I am then told that the service has been completed but the fuel injectors are faulty. the car apparently would not be in the same position as when I brought it in. the cost was now R750 to have the fuel injectors serviced {not refurbished or replaced}. the car never provided any signs of fuel injector problems in the past and drove into the establishment running pretty fine.
the "owner/manager" Allie is the most unreasonable person you will ever deal with at any business.
I don't intend to waste my time fighting for this R750 but just wanted to place this complaint as a warning to other people to:
1-not buy vehicle services voucher from Groupon
2-stay away from this rip-off of an establishment called Budget Auto Clinic.
