SOLD UNSERVICED VEHICLE

Bought a vehicle on 21 December 2012 and only drove it the whole month of January & half of February 2013, on the 10 February 2013 the car broke as gearbox got enough, I was told that the car had a warranty, took my car VW KEMPTON PARK, only to find out that warranty covered certain things and not what my car damaged, I have since been waiting for them to pay VW but they don't feel interested, asked them if they can give another car while busy arranging for payments but still Marco is not interested, poor & unacceptable service, Better because my attorneys are busy with the case, and Renault Financial will not be getting their payment this month.
