How can you sell such a bad product to people

I bought renault koleos in 2009 and was sold and extended warranty through SA Warranties and underwritten by Liquid Capital. My car broke down on the 7th April 2013 and a quote was submitted to SA Warranties for R 142 000-00. It is now 34 days later and I still have no answer as to when my car will be repaired. I have been given new excuses every week to stall the repair. Now after all this time SA Warranties want to look at a requote. Why after all this time. Why not from the beginning. We have been in contact with a Joe (dont know his surname) who now says its a Mike Dougles problem and both of these people are virtually impossible to get hold of. I have gone to the short term insurance ombudsman to ask for assistance. In the past between my wife and myself we have owned a Renault clio, megane coupe, megane scenic and now this koleos. Historically we have been happy with our cars hence the repeat business, but I'm afriad your brand and the people you associate yourself with have left a bad taste in our mouths. We will never buy another renault again and as soon as my car is repaired (if ever) I will sell it promply followed by my wife's
