No Commitment, Bad Attitude, Still hasn't refunded

Never deal with Pulpits SA or Wesley Makhala!

We paid upfront as a show of good faith (as we had not dealt with this supplier previously).
They promised they could create a Podium for us by a certain date and the day before they were meant to deliver they called us to say it wouldn't be ready and it would be another week (long past our deadline).
When asked why it wasn't ready the response was simply "we thought it would be easier"..
We then had to cancel the order and at great difficulty make a plan with another supplier.

Since July (now October) I have been fighting constantly to get our money refunded from the canceled order.
I have had to put up with him hanging up on me, being completely rude, my messages never being returned as I battle to even get hold of him most of the time.

To date they still owe us money, and every time I call him all I get is "I'll pay it today". Which never materializes, obviously a tactic to indefinitely stall.

Needless to say this has been a horrific experience with one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
No commitment, bad attitude and from a company that supposedly "Preaches the Gospel of ".
