Promotional material on their website was purchased before the said 31 Dec deadline and to date they have been full of excuses about why they will not deliver.

Needed the book for first semester studies, assignments due -and no apologies or alternative arrangements to honour the transaction - just our supplier can't deliver. Well then you go out to a book store purchase it and deliver. As a South African company one would expect Kalahari to have the same commitment that is attributed to the people of this nation. Should the faith we once had rather be vested elsewhere? Should Kalahari not be held to the Consumer Protector's spotlight? Should we just vote with our wallets and shop elsewhere?
