Deducting money from my account

I instructed these people not to deduct money on my account until I signed the contract and use their free trial to see if I like it or not. False marketing on the phone. They deducted twice on my account.

I want my money back. R200 might not be alot to you but to me its a alot.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
