StratCol
DEBITTING MY ACCOUNT

For the past 3 months l've been fighting with a company called stratcol who are taking money from my account of which l do not even know them. 1st and 2nd time they told me they were debiting on behalf of the company called Pro-Cell and the company acknowledged that it was a mistake it was a typing error and they refunded the money. End of July again Stratcol debitted again and this time they said it was for company called Wermarket of which l still do not know them. They promised to phone me back last week of which l am still waiting for their call. This is affecting my account badly because some times they do not get money in my account and it create a minus in my account for returned bedit order and it has affected my relationship with my banks since they think l can not handle my finances correctly. They have to pay R500 in to my account for all these charges and also give me a letter to acknowledge their mistakes. I also hope that it was for the last time and l will not see any debit order again with another name the 3rd name.
