Absolutely no sense of customer service!!

Yesterday I called in and spoke to Jay, the bakery manager, who assured me that my order that i placed will be boxed and ready for pick up when i get there at 06:30 today. So once again (and I say once again because this happened previously) the order is not ready and I get told I have to wait 35mins for my order. Seriously if I wanted the order later I wouldn't of made arrangements to get there so early in the mornig and I wouldn't of taken the time to call through my order to ensure that I won't be let down if they don't have the stock. Big surprise, I wasn't just let down that my order wasn't ready, I wasted my time by going there and by phoning through. All they have is empty promises. Last time I also phoned through (way more in advance) and they made me wait for my order 45mins, no one even knew that I placed an order. Needless to say I will never waste my time on Oxford ever again. What a disappointment.
