Faltrum Gear
GOODS NOT DELIVERED, MONEY NOT REFUNDED

In September we placed an order with Faltrum Gear for safety shoes and informed them that we needed the goods urgently. They said that they will deliver as soon as the money reflects in their bank account. In October, after numerous of calls from our side, it finally came out that they keep on promising to deliver but fail to do so because they, in fact have no stock available. The owner Charlene promised to refund us. but till date has not done so. She does not return any emails and they refuse to pick up the phone. The sales agent informed me on an earlier call that they can see the number phoning them.
Besides the run around of getting the stock at the end of the day - at another supplier,
Our money is not being refunded.
We feel deceived by this company and their personnel.
