I ordered "Batman Arkham Origins: Collector's addition" on 17 September 2013. This was my first time to ever make use of Kalahari's service. I thought I was dealing with an experienced no fuss organisation who would conveniently deliver the product to my doorstep. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! On 22 October I was informed via email that my order would be delayed. This was understandable. On 25 October I was notified that my order was canceled. I phoned Kalahari and was told that they were experiencing technical difficulties and that my order was still on its way. I also received emailed confirmation to this effect ensuring me that there was no problem and that I would receive delivery as expected. At 21:30 on 25 October Peter September sent me a mail stating that I would be refunded for my order, that it had been canceled and that I would have to reeorder the product. I phoned again stating that I do not want a refund and that I could not find the product any where else as it was out of stock. I asked for clarity and to date have not heard anything further from Kalahari. This is COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable! While they still have my money I have NO product or answers!!!
