5th time NO DELIVERY

I have 2 franchises and for the 5th time over a busy holiday period that ABI failed to deliver my order for both my stores. It is Easter Holiday and i'm sitting without stock, losing income and customers. For one of the biggest companies in SA, i think this is pathetic.

I always phone to make sure that the order is placed and is ready for delivery, and my order was placed and was ready for delivery on fri 29 March. Order did not come. Phoned again and they said they can only deliver on Tue the next week!

I am sick and tired of this. I need a reliable supplier!
