Bad Internet Service as advertised by KCS Compute

I approached KCS Computers Barberton in April 2013 for a 1mb uncapped and unshaped internet line (Wi-fi) as advertised by them, as from day one I started having problems with the internet and their service. I already had the antenna and all the required equipment needed. All they had to do was connect me on the server. The internet never performed close to the standard of what a 1mb line should run on. I phoned them and they told me my router and antenna is the cause of the slow connection. I paid them to have it replaced and it started working a bit better, but nowhere close to the standard. Waiting time for his technicians to come out and rectify faults is also unacceptable and I phoned them a dozen times to fix the fault which only lasted a week or so. I cancelled the internet last month and its even worse than ever. I had to give 1 months notice. After cancelling I got phoned by the financial dept informing me that I still have to pay 2 months of which the debit order did'nt go off, and all the time I had the available funds in my account. Advertising a service and rendering and supplying the kind of service I got, is not worth the money I was charged.
