No internet connection day 5!

On the 11th of September I encountered a problem with my internet connection whereby I connect but the internet was down. I received an message from Kawuleza connect saying there is a problem with the towers. I was patient and the next day the same thing occurred and I remained patient because they keep on saying there is a problem with the connection and their technicians is busy fixing the problem. Today is the 15th the whole day I had no internet connection, and the funniest part is my friend that stays near me has got the same internet by Kawuleza and his internet connection has been restored and working now for days and I'm still stuck with no internet. I Mean I pay for uncapped internet and don't have use of it now for 5 days going in for 6 days because of the internet being down. An another complaint is that one month I over payed them with R50, they said only if my internet connection is off and I didn't pay it before the 8th every month then I must pay a penalty amount of R50. I didn't read the email correctly and I payed them the R419 for the uncapped R50 that month and they didn't even inform me that I made an mistake because my internet connection wasn't off.
