Incompetant and billing for no service

I have a Telkom line and started off with a 1Mb 5Gig internet, after a year I moved to a Uncapped line also 1Mb but 2 month ago I asked them to make my line a 4 Mb Uncapped line. They agreed and started billing me for the 4 Mb uncapped line but they only moved me to a 2 Mb uncapped line. Now I literally phoned them more than30 times to get this fixed and every time they tell me that it will be fixed within the next 48 hours. but after 3-4 days when I phone them again they again tell me that my Line is on 4MB but my profile is only on 2 MB and that is why I only get 2 Mb internet speeds. I asked them numerous times to fix but still no joy. So I have now been paying them for 2 months for a 4 Mb. so Ill say they are now my money
