Not worth supporting

After months of on and off Internet connections I was finally convinced that its not worth the fight... I just called Ecc again insisting to speak to the person in charge and Pieter told me Andries is a busy man and don't deal with customers, and that I can go back to mweb as no internet service provider can be on all the time, they do have offline moments (in this case quite a few days)... the reason for my call wasn't to chit chat but to tell him that I've been without internet service for days now and its unacceptable... my previous email to him was answered 2 months later and in that 2 months I've been calling nonstop, had my call out visits and even told to pay for a new antenna myself (Morne)... I didn't break the antenna neither did I abuse the internet service so I don't undestand why I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting...
I honestly have no more words for Ecc, the service and connection and I won't refer anyone to them I'm sorry...
