We have uncapped internet with Telkom, we have been struggling to get our services fixed for over an month now, the internet is very slow and disconnects and the landline makes an noise, we have reported the fault several times. the first few times no one even come to our house to look for any problems, they just said your fault has been restored and it was not. on Tuesday someone came to our house and said he was here on Monday and found an fault on an line outside, but now it is not there anymore, the noise on the phone was gone, but the internet was still slow and disconnected while he was with me, but he said he does not know anything about internet??? and he left, I phoned yesterday and reported an fault again, while I was on the phone person how helped me could hear the noise on phone, and she reported the fault, BUT yet this morning I received an message saying your fault has been restored, but nothing changed, then phoned today and yet again report the fault and requested to talk to manager, guy called his supervisor, I was on hold for almost 30 min, and he came back to me to say the supervisor will phone me back, and nobody phoned me? paying for services we DO NOT RECEIVE!!!
