I HAD SWITCHED TO MWEB FOR MY UNCAPPED ADSL ON MY TELKOM LINE, YESTERDAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT I AM ABUSING THE INTERNET 1ST WARNING, THE REASON WHY I TOOK AN UNCAPPED PACKAGE IS BECAUSE IT IS UNCAPPED, WHICH MEANS IN MY UNDERSTANDING I CAN USE AS MUCH INTERNET AS I WANT.I AM ALSO CURRENTLY PAYING FOR A 2MBPS LINE AND IM NOT GETTING THAT DOWNLOAD AND INTERNET SPEEDS ARE PATHETIC.I FIND THIS AS MWEB FALSELY ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING THE PUBLIC, I PHONED MWEB STRAIGHT AFTER RECEIVING THAT EMAIL AND WAS TOLD THAT I MUST GET UNSHAPED AND UNCAPPED INTERNET... NEVER EVEN HEARD OF UNSHAPED IN MY LIFE THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE AND IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH THEM I WOULDN'T IN FUTURE SUGGEST MWEB TO ANY PERSON
