Internet lines down for a week

I have logged 3 faults, of which 2 were closed without having the option to re-open it after testing.
I hold on the line for 20-30mins at a time to get through to the call centre for assistance in the matter.
What started off as an internet fault, connection speedtest showed 200kbps for my 4mb line. Fault was reported, and I got a phone call the next day saying it was resolved and some equipment was swapped out on the exchange. Upon testing, NO internet connectivity. Now this went to an ADSL line fault. Now I haven't had any internet for a week, but I am expected to pay for the whole month... All this, right after I started praising Telkom with the service I have received thus far... This is not on. I'm sure I will get much better and consistent service from other service providers.
