Dogz&company montego dog food full of ants!

I purchased a brand new bag of montego classic from dogz&company moffet on main and when I opened it it was full of ants. I do not have an ant problem in my house and have never had ants in my montego before. I phoned dogs&company to find out if I could bring the bag back and the lady at the store said I must bring it and she will come out to the parking lot to look at the ants. When I arrived at the store, the lady I had spoken to on the phone said she had called the owner and the owner said that PE has an ant problem and there are no ants in her store therefore the problem with me and they cannot exchange the food. The lady also said that "ants can get in the montego dog food bag in one second." So I ask then does Montego have bad packaging? All I eventually received from the lady was "sorry" and that was it. So I left the store and will never support it again. I have purchased a lot for Dogz&company but never again. I will find other pet food and accessory suppliers and I recommend that nobody buys from their store because it is absolutely shocking.
