Damaged Magimix

I ordered a Magimix on-line from Health makers. The machine arrived via courier.
When we opened the box, the container for the spare parts was damaged.
I immediately phoned and let them know. Sent photos as well
They asked for more pics of the packaging which I sent the following day.
They just DO NOT come back to me. If I don't prompt them nothing happens.
Now they say they can't replace it until they get the original one back.
And I have to post it back to them.
Why should I have to do all the legwork and incur the costs to return this container?
I paid a lot of money for a high value appliance and it's not unreasonable to expect it to arrive in good condition. If it doesn't the supplier should replace it.
Please can you get Health makers to help me.
