REMOVED VITAL PARTS OF MACHINES, & DAMAGED MACHINE

We found details of SEWTEC online, & got them to work on our sewing machines. the rates were below what the agents charge, however, soon after starting a work/business relationship, we noticed issues with machines & the repairs resulting in the same defects even after the work. The guy, Leon Els, started taking machines from our premises and would return them later, as he claimed he could only repair at his workshop. After numerous complaints from people whom we referred, we decided to go to the agents, namely Elna, only to be informed, that this guy had done damage to the machines, as well as had removed parts and that even though he claimed to have training from the agents, none of them had heard of him. In addition to this, he took a manual that was part of a machine we bought online, & asked him to service, & after receiving the machine, he told us it had exploded when he switched it on & that he would send pics of the motherboard that had blown & had to replace, but we never got the pics as proof . we were also invoiced for work never carried out. We recently got a machine back, broken and without its power chords, knee lift & fly wheel. this machine was in mint condition!
