Consultant Not Helpful and Software Misleading

I ordered A4 Softcover book which I then created and ordered through your software (M3W0ZRGP&M3W0ZRGN). You are asked to select a shipping method - I then selected the 'Major Cities' as I live in CT thinking that my package will then be sent via mail to CT. I paid the R120. There is nothing on that page on the software that indicates that this is actually a COURIER option - perhaps on the website via the small links - but I only used the software. I entered my flat address as I assumed this would then get sent to my local post office. When I was presented with a tracking code I realized this option is actually for courier and that my flat address was unsuitable. I contacted Jana who informed me change of address is R75. I feel that there definitely needs to be clear instruction on the software when selecting 'Major Cities' that this is a courier option - even naming this option 'Major Cities Courier' will help. My main complaint with the fact that no acknowledgement was made when dealing with Jana - she treated me like an who can't use software - I've received the books and they are lovely but your customer service clearly needs some improvement - it's HOW you do things!
