BAD SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed with this spa, I bought a groupon voucher a few months ago for a wash, blow and pedi. When I phoned to confirm my appointment an hour before the gentlemen (Gerald I think) told me all was good and he would see me in an hour.
When I arrived he told me that his hairdresser was arrested the night before for a GHD and would not be doing my hair today. WHY THE did he not tell me on the phone an hour before my appointment? I specifically booked the hair appointment as I was going out that night. Absolutely pathetic service!
