Rusted and Faulty/Damaged NEW Equipment

Hi,
I purchased PowerTech gym equipment to the value of more than R50 000 from Fitness Network (14 Feb 2013). Fitness Network installed around mid Feb 2013. Upon installation it was brought to the attention of the sales person/Technician that the NEW equipment which is being installed is badly rusted and 1 machine is faulty. Supplier informed that the equipment will be replaced, but in the meantime lets install it and the supplier will replace the rusted parts and faulty machine.
Excuse on 11 Mar 2013:
We are just waiting for the powertec container to come. I will get a date tomorrow and advise. I have not yet received a date upto today 16 June 2013 (3 Months later).
Excuse on 13 Mar 2013:
I have not forgotten about you just waiting on the eta for the Powertec container. Will advise ETA asap.
I have not yet received a date upto today 16 June 2013.
The suppliers website indicates they have stock, yet they have not replaced my equipment, the excuse I get is our shipment has not landed (ie. they dont have stock to replace my New Equip with - 5 months old excuse).
Disappointing service.
