Failing to deliver English bulldog puppy

Good day. I've been. I ordered an English bulldog puppy from a breeder in Bloemfontein Stephen Alan. After a deposit courier charge of R1070 (R700 dep and R350 for the courier) he shipped my pup through a company called SA Freight and Logistics. I received an email from them stating that my puppy is on her way, but the container that the breeder brought her in is incorrect and I must pay R225 extra to hire the correct container. But R225 is not enough- I have to pay R4000 deposit in, which I will get back with delivery. Kregg Thomson phoned me and asked if I was going to pay the money in, I made the comment that he should give me a chance to make arrangements since that is not money that is just lying around. He got furious and verbally attacked me and said I must pay this money or no puppy. I paid the deposit and the fees for hiring the container. When I phoned he said- the puppy will be there at 15h00. 15h00 came and gone, when I phoned again he said that due to the late payment she will only arrive at 17h00 - till now still no puppy. If I try to phone - no answer. my mother got hold of him and suddenly I had to pay in extra R2400 for something - still not sure what.
