Yuppiechef
Blown away!

I purchased a Magimix food processor from Yuppiechef a while back, and have had the same thing go wrong with the machine twice.
Yuppiechef COLLECTED, COURIERED, FIXED, AND COURIERED the machine back to me at their own cost (!!!) which is just amazing, as this is a Magimix fault, and has nothing to do with Yuppiechef. The technician even fitted the upgraded drive shaft as opposed to the one on my machine, and sent me BOTH of the fittings that had to change as a result of the new design, absolutely free!

They are efficient, fast, faultless and brilliant.
I am well impressed!!!
