I recently ordered a bunch of roses to be delivered to my wife for an anniversary. The delivery was completed and signed for by someone which was not my wife, and the delivery was deemed as completed. I contacted Netflorist to find out why the delivery was not completed to the person specified in the order and they indicated that they had to find out from the driver where the delivery was done. I have not received any feedback regarding this fact. I think it is absolutely unacceptable that the delivery was completed even though the person for whom the delivery was intended did not receive the goods. How can you hand over a purchased product to anyone that is available. Now someone else has received goods for which i have already paid. This for me constitutes, as Netflorist has taken my money without providing me with the product that i purchased. I would believe that a full refund or a new delivery at their cost be issued to ensure i receive the goods that i purchased. This is disgraceful!!!
