On 01/12/2013 I bid and pay for a item, Tracking number TC207986951ZA. On 02/12/2013 a massage was put on the system of a power breakdown and the delivery will be delayed with 1 or 2 days. I paid for a 24-48 hour service already!

On 05/12/2013 I mail query my delivery. I did receive a very sarcasm feedback from Nii where he stipulated that they did send the parcel.

On 09/12/2013 my wife query the tracking of this delivery with feedback from the Post office Norkem Park the tracking number does not appear on their system. I the very disappointed client send at 17:40 a mail to explain my disappointment with this delivery not as promised and what I paid for. At 17:45 Nii called me from number 074 376 5497 and start argument with me. Within 2 minutes he decided he have enough of me and shouting at me " YOU"!! After about 15 minutes he reply again with another sarcasm mail in BOLD and very large font.

I did put a complain about the incident on the bidorbuy website but I feel I was treated unfairly here.

I feel I urn a written apology from Nii and get back my shipping cost.
