No accompanying item with Ciloas order as promised

Rubybox is currently running a promotion where if you buy Cilaos products to the value of R300, you get a free Ciloas brightening mask. I bought a Ciloas night cream (over R300) and just received delivery with NO Ciloas mask.

Rubybox please send me the mask as promised ASAP.

I have decided to write a hellopeter report because the emails that I have sent (last Thursday), querying, inter alia, this issue before I decided to buy, have not been replied to.

Please also reinstate the 20 rubyrands deducted when I placed a rubybox subscription order - I don't know why I had 20 rubyrands deducted when I paid the full price of R119.95.
